Tuesday To Do #22

Well it is Tuesday again , and with that we have Tuesday To-Do-It . If you have not heard of To-Do It Tuesday , it is a weekly meme brought to you by Lisa from Crazy Adventures In Parenting. Basically just make a list of things you need to get done, make sure you come back and cross off what you finished on your list.

Well this week has been super crazy, and life is only about to get worse. I never would have though hat working out and eating right was a workout in itself. Trying to figure out meals that I can eat and that the family will eat usually puts me in the kitchen twice the amount of time each night cause there is no way they will eat what I will eat. Oh well it is a price I will pay to have my body back!

Last week was crazy and I didn’t get to my list. This week I hope that I should  be able to tackle most of my list . So here we go

*Blood Work , not my usual blood work. And I would get them done all the same time but since they have to take so much blood this time I can’t get this one done with my weekly routine blood work.This is for my Specialist in the city ! He called today asking about this so I have to get my butt in there tomorrow and get it done. Going to the lab here sucks big time, for some reason they changed the way they do it and you have to be admitted to the hospital and then do it ! Takes so much time .

*Clean the other end of the house <—— that was last week . Now this week the whole darn house needs work.

*Do my mountain of laundry again and all bedding<——– My mountain as turned into the whole Canadian Rockies and I’m not kidding. My closet is full about 3 feet high in laundry! I’m going to have to try and go three days in a row to the laundry mat !

* Weekly Blood Work

*Therapy

* Workout each day for at least 45 mins. Usually my Wii Fit Plus, and My New Walking DVD. I joined the Spring Fling with the Ladies over at Shrinking Jeans. My first weigh in is on Wednesday I will take that when I work out tomorrow .

*Stay on my diet and eat right all week Spark People has been really helping me eat  and watch what  I eat ! I need to hit the food store the foods I have bought for this week is driving me crazy need a little bit of a change . I wasn’t eating enough and I think that is why my energy is so low. So today I made myself eat and I still came under my calorie limit. Oh well, I guess as long as I don’t feel hungry!

* Try to get in 7500 steps a day even it that means I have to take that darn walk outside in the cold.I have a little work to do this , I would like to be up to 10000 a day! I did start walking outside the first night wasn’t that bad. I think I pushed it a little but it felt good when I was done !

* I need to make my calls and start to get things ready for me to go to the city for my 4 days for all my test and seminars that I need to take. This is all for my illness and how to deal with pain control and other issues I life with daily!

    How are you doing with Spark People? I’ve been using MyFitnessPal to keep track of my working out/food, and it’s helped me immensely :)
