The Makeover

So we are about 95% done with the Garden of Many makeover. I have to be honest and tell you I didn’t think I would make it here. I never thought it would be such a headache moving from blogger to word press . I would tell anyone that is thinking about doing it , either open a play word press account and make sure you know what you are doing . Or hire someone to do it for you, it is a lot of work. I jumped in with two feet and WOW . I never thought it would be so confusing , all the girls over at Momdot make it sound to easy and it is far from that!

Themes , omg themes. Did you know there is hundreds of different themes out there . I must of picked over 50 , I wish I was inclined enough to know how to take bit and pieces from one and bits from another to make my perfect theme.Stefanie and I spent hours on top of hours at night looking at themes. It was crazy .

I have to say thanks to some amazing people that helped me get my blog to where it is with my makeover . Stefanie over at Mommys Quiet Time we spent so many hours each night trying to figure things out ! Stefanie is working on my button and my social buttons for my site. Rhea over at Mommy Two Three Monkeys , was awesome and did my header and found my great background for me ! She also helped do some css for me ! Rhea thanks so so much , I just love my new look!  Also check out Rhea if you are looking for some graphics for your blog or website !

Cat, OMG Cat. Cat is your word press Guru, she helped me out with a lot of css ! She helped me get things going where they needed to go and get some things working for me! Cat also offers a service for those of you that are wanting to transfer your blog from blogger to word press ! Make sure you check out her blog over at 3 Kids and Us .Cat also just launched her new blog Food for 5 , it is great and you must check it out for some great recipes.

I was becoming so stressed that I had to hire someone to help me get things finished up and all together. I was lucky enough that one of the members from the forum I belong to came to my rescue! Matt from Words of a Poet , make sure you check out his site too!

So what do you all think of the new look, like I mentioned there is still a few things that need to be tweaked or added. I hope for it to be 100% finished by tomorrow night !
