Not a Diet , A New LifeStlye

That is what I’m calling this mission I will be starting on January 1st. I don’t want to call it a diet cause it is not something that I will stop once I lose my weight. I want a total new lifestyle. I want to eat healthy , I want to be healthy , I want to exercise and have a bundle of energy.  I’m not sure if I will be using any weight loss supplements. I think I might need to to help me get that boost.

There is a lot of things that you can use to help boost your energy and body to get you started , once you lose that first 10 pounds it gives you that drive to really push yourself.

My first goal is to lose 15 pounds by the end of February.

    I’m really going to try and cross train, and do more yoga and core work. I would do cardio every day, but I’m trying to prevent injuries from coming back so I want to mix it up.

      That sounds like a good idea, I need to really work hard at trying not to hurt my back again . This is what stopped me from continuing my exercise last time.
