Cleaning the Insides Colon Cleanser

Yeah kinda sick when you think about it, I had mentioned that I wanted to try a colon cleanser. I have done some research and I have talked to my doctor and she thinks that I should be able to do it with out having side effects to my health. I have to go to the local health food store and get some info on the ones that they offer and sit down and go over them with my doctor. We will then pick one and I will try it out.

Have any of you done ones of these?

If so which one did you use?

What side effects did you have?

Did you feel better after using it?

    I have not tried one…I have the pills sitting in my bathroom…recommended by by MIL.

    I use one through the weight loss program I’m on, Metabolic Research Center. It’s called Internal Cleanse, and instead of being a one-time thing, you can take it regularly to keep you cleaned out (sorry for the TMI lol). I don’t take it regularly like that, but I do take it for a few days every once in a while.
